Build a LEGO® shark with moveable fins and a jaw that opens and closes! Then make him attack some minifigure pirates in their LEGO® boat – ha! See below for building instructions.
Stick only the dorsal fin to a baseplate to make it look like the shark is swimming through the ocean…
Then the shark attacks! AHHHHH!

Step 6: Add a 1 x 4 dark gray plate, a 2 x 2 dark gray plate, and two 1 x 1 black round plates for the eyes. Then find the bricks shown.
Step 7: Build the front of the face as shown.
Step 8: Put a 2 x 6 dark gray plate and a 2 x 4 dark gray plate on top of the body. Then add four 1 x 2 plates with one stud on top, which will hold the dorsal fin. Build the lower jaw. Bricks used: two 1 x 4 white plates, 1 x 2 light gray plate with two clips, 1 x 2 white plate with a handle, 2 x 4 white wedge plate, four 1 x 1 white plates with a vertical tooth.
Step 9: Attach the lower jaw to the body.
Step 10: Add two 1 x 2 slopes, two bricks high for the dorsal fin. Add a 1 x 2 gray plate with a handle and a 1 x 2 gray place with clips on each side.
Step 11: Turn the shark upside down and gather the bricks shown.
Step 12: Place the 1 x 2 dark gray plate with a ball on the side at the tail end of the body. This will hold the tail. Place a 1 x 2 white plate next to it. Then add a 2 x 2 white brick and a 2 x 2 white plate.
Step 13: Assemble the tail as shown. The two remaining wedge plates will go on top of the others.
Step 14: Attach the tail to the body! If you don’t have the ball and socket joints, substitute a plate with clips and a plate with a handle.
