It’s time for LEGO® Fun Friday! LEGO® Fun Friday is a blog hop for kid-generated LEGO® designs or LEGO® learning activities that happens on the first and third Fridays of each month.
This week, we are trying out a building challenge for LEGO® Fun Friday – dinosaurs! Don’t worry if your kids built something else or you would like to link up another type of LEGO® post – you can still do that! But hopefully, the dinosaur challenge was helpful to get your kids thinking about new building ideas!
Aidan built the velociraptor in the photo above, and then built a dinosaur scene with (what else?) Star Wars guys.
I love the Clone Troopers riding on the long neck dinosaur!
Gresham (age almost 6) is really the biggest dinosaur fan at our house. He built this dimetrodon:
And he also made a whole dinosaur scene with long neck dinosaurs walking in the water:
He actually had to rebuild this scene so that we could take a picture of it because a certain 3-year-old took it all apart a couple days ago. (Does anyone have any good tips for handling LEGO®’s and younger siblings?)
Now it’s your turn! Come link up your LEGO® post! Also, I’d love to know if you like the idea of having a building challenge for LEGO® Fun Fridays. Please leave a comment and let me know!
