LEGO® Fun Friday is back!!
We did not post very many LEGO® challenges over the summer because we were so busy, and then I found out in August that I was expecting and promptly became very sick. Well, I am feeling better and my energy is returning, and we are back with new LEGO® building challenges!
If you’re new to Frugal Fun for Boys, LEGO® Fun Friday is a twice-a-month feature. Each time, we share photos from the building challenge and then announce the next challenge to take place in two weeks. Your kids can join in by linking up a blog post to our linky, or if you don’t have a blog (or don’t blog about LEGO®), you can share photos of your kids’ creations on the Frugal Fun for Boys Facebook page. The name of this blog is Frugal Fun for Boys because I am the mom of four boys, but the LEGO® challenge is not meant to be just for boys! Girls can definitely participate as well.
The next LEGO® Fun Friday will be Friday, November 8th, and the building challenge is to build a target for Nerf darts out of LEGO®’s.
My 10 year old son came up for the idea for this challenge, and he’s very excited about it! He can’t wait to show you the targets he designed. Now, I realize that many of you may not own Nerf guns (or care about them), so for this challenge, feel free to pick from any of our past challenges instead.
Past LEGO® challenges:
These were my favorite building challenges – you can find more building challenges and LEGO® play ideas by viewing our entire Lego category.
We hope to see you back on November 8th for the challenge!
