August 2025 has been a big month for LEGO new releases! Unfortunately, I don’t have time to list out every single one, but here are our top picks from the new sets. This was a big release for Creator 3-in-1, Marvel, and City. There are also several fun sets aimed at adults, including some gorgeous botanicals sets.
As I was gathering up these links, I noticed that a few individuals have left multiple 1 star reviews on on Amazon because of the prices. Has LEGO gone up in price? Yes, I am seeing increases. Has everything else gone up in price also? Yeah, pretty much, unfortunately. I don’t like the prices any more than anyone else, but I have no doubt that most of these sets will go on sale as we head into fourth quarter and the holiday shopping season! So if the sets you like are too expensive, just make your list and wait for a sale.

LEGO Creator 3-in-1
This theme is always one of my favorites, and there are some AWESOME new sets this time around!
The LEGO Creator 3-in-1 Retro Telephone is classic and cute and reminds me of the classic camera that LEGO released a couple years ago.
The LEGO Creator 3-in-1 Wild Animals: Majestic Rhino is pretty amazing.
The LEGO Creator 3-in-1 Wild Animals: Tropical Toucan is colorful and fun.
The LEGO Creator 3-in-1 Beautiful Horse is also super cool. We own a palomino horse, so of course we’re going to have to get this one! This set also makes a deer and a bear. (Just not all at the same time!)
I’m excited about the LEGO Creator 3-in-1 Medieval Horse Knight Castle. A classic castle is a must-have for every LEGO fan, and this is a good one.
LEGO Speed Champions
My boys just purchased one of the new Speed Champions sets this past Friday! They bought the LEGO Speed Champions Lamborghini Revuelto and Huracan STO set.

If you like the LEGO Botanicals sets, you definitely don’t want to miss the new LEGO Mini Bonsai Trees. These are adorable!
There’s also a new LEGO Hibiscus that is pretty amazing.
The LEGO Japanese Red Maple was actually a June 1st release, but it’s now available on Amazon. Stunning!
LEGO Star Wars
There’s a new UCS (Ultimate Collector’s Series) LEGO Star Wars AT-ST Walker that’s pretty awesome.

There are several great City sets! But then again, City has always been one of my favorite themes.
The LEGO City Police Motorcycle Chase is lots of fun.
The LEGO City Police Boat Chase is soooo adorable!
I am also loving the LEGO City Police Car Garage. This one is not available on Amazon yet.
The LEGO City Emergency Air Ambulance is a fun set and a good value.
The LEGO Arctic Explorer Science Lab is super cool and comes with all kinds of great stuff! I am loving the little wolves!
Construction fans will love the LEGO City Yellow Bulldozer!
LEGO Marvel
The LEGO Marvel Spiderman vs. Doc Ock Subway Train Scene is a great rendition of this classic movie scene.
LEGO Marvel Iron Man and War Machine vs. Hammer Drones
LEGO Marvel Avengers Age of Ultron Quinjet – I love how this comes with a way to display it!!
