Do you need science experiments for kids? With instructions, simple supplies, and a list of what you need?
Would you like a science experiment to do with a group of kids that requires very little prep work on your part, and that teaches a clear science concept?
Would you like to feel confident teaching even though you can’t remember all the science you learned in school?
Well, you are in luck because I have 5 science experiments for you that come with a printable teacher page (just read the lesson to the kids), a supply list, and instructions (with photos) for completing the experiments.
All of these experiments are also available on my website if you prefer to use them that way. I’ll link to all of the experiments below.
What age group are these science experiments for?
I wrote these science lessons and experiments for our elementary homeschool co-op. They are targeted at 3rd – 5th grade students, but you can easily modify them for 1st and 2nd graders.
These concepts are also appropriate for middle schoolers, but you may want to beef up the content a little bit.
What science curriculum do these science experiments go with?
These experiments can be used to supplement any curriculum! They’re perfect for a co-op, science or STEM club, or library program where you are not tied to one curriculum. Or, use them as an enrichment alongside the curriculum you are using in your classroom or in your home school.
